Dear Vendor,

The Brush Rodeo Association invites you to participate in the 2024 Brush Rodeo celebration, taking place on July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. We anticipate an exciting and successful event this year. As the rodeo approaches, we will finalize vendor placements and ensure that electricity and other necessary areas are prepared.

Vendor Fee for 2024:

  • $150.00 for all three nights.
  • $100.00 per night for July 2nd & 3rd.
  • $150.00 for July 4th.
    Payment must be submitted by June 1, 2024.

Requirements:

  • Complete the attached vendor contract.
  • Include a copy of your 2024 sales tax license.
  • Provide your food license if selling food.
    Vendors are permitted to sell their own drink products this year.

Space Assignment:

  • Parking and vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Specify your electrical and/or other needs when sending your deposit.

This agreement is between ___ and the Brush Rodeo Association for the July 2, 3" and 4" rodeo events.

Terms & Conditions

The above designated vendor agrees to the following event terms and conditions. Payment must be made in full to reserve your booth space. Cost of space is $100 per night or $150 for all 3 nights. There will be staff available to help set up on July 2*. Contact Joanne at 970-768-9121 Set up must be completed and all vehicles out of the vendor area by 4 p.m. each day. No vehicles will be allowed back in vendor area until after each night's performance has ended. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, as needed by the vendor. Vendor is required to collect and remit state sales tax (2.9%) and city sales tax (4%) as required by law. Vendor is required to have all licenses as required by law and have available for inspection. 1, the undersigned, have requested to participate in the 2024 Brush Rodeo events. I understand that any activity may contain an element of hazard or risk. I recognize the inherent danger involved and take full responsibility for my actions and physical condition damage to my property and person(s). I agree to hold the City of Brush, the Brush Rodeo Association and any other cooperating agencies involved with the rodeo free and harmless from any liability, expense or responsibility which may result from services to the participant. Cancellation - The Brush Rodeo Association guarantees to refund the vendor in full, only if the entire event is cancelled by the Brush Rodeo Assn. No refunds will be granted for vendor no-show to the event. No refunds will be given after Friday June 19th. The Brush Rodeo Association reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
